[Forum Game] How Well Are You Known?

Hello, to our few SuchMinecraft players still hanging in there. I am unfortunate to inform you, that our server will be going down for the time being, as we simply can't hold this project up for any longer.

When this started, we never expected to go anywhere near what we did, HammCamm and I have been trying to make a decently appreciated server since April in 2012, and it means so much to us that so many players dedicated so many hours and money out of their pocket to enjoy and support the server, it truly means a ton, and it will always remain in my heart.

Why is this happening?

There's quite a few reasons.

Recently, a server was created that copied us in almost every way shape and form, and somehow managed to steal a lot of our players that we thought were loyal, I do not at all respect this, but I will not attempt to attack them.

With those players being taken, contributes to our server dying. It is clear that our projects are not appreciated and enjoyed as much as they used to be, and we don't know much else to offer with such low support recently, if we were to make new things, who would we make them for?

EULA enforcements. The server gamemodes we offer, make profit nearly impossible to achieve, to only lessen our ability to fund the hardware to run our server.

CraftBukkit discontinuing. "But Mojang owns it!" We don't want CraftBukkit to lie in the hands of Mojang, and we can't simply switch over to Spigot, this is just another side reason, so any solution to this unfortunately wouldn't make a change to what is happening today.

As in the title, this is a semi-permanent shutdown, everyone's statistics, inventories, tokens, everything possible are saved, as you never may know if things could turn for the better, if I got a job to help fund the server, if the EULA went away, or any other substitutes that would contribute into what we need to keep our server going, so don't give up on us yet, because we have not given up on you yet, we are just down now, as our leadership for now can not continue the project of SuchMinecraft.

Thank you everyone that has ever even logged onto our minecraft server, each and every one of you, even the negative ones, have a place in my heart, and the experience for everyone, is one that couldn't ever be replaced.

The server will be playable until September 2nd, 2014. It will then be taken down until we can uplift our project once again.

Shortly after, we will be releasing the plot worlds from the servers SuchPrison and SuchBuild, for you all to forever hold the things you have created and own on our minecraft server, unfortunately, in case we open back up, will not be releasing anything else, including plugins or our main worlds. So save your coordinates before it's to late to find your plot!

As stated in our Terms of Service, any purchases will not be refunded, and will still only be used in contribution to bring this project back alive or to support future projects from our team.
